Outwest Plans - Crafted Designs for Mountain Living. Those crafted designs are for new construction and remodels of homes, garages, and cabins. The majority of recent custom home designs range in size from 1900 - 4400 square feet of living space. Most of the custom garage plans through the years have been in the 1600 - 4700 square foot range. The largest stand alone garage to date is 8700 square feet. The smallest garage plan is 360 square feet. Custom designed cabins have ranged in size from 320 square feet to 3000 square feet of living space.

Design projects over the past 18 months have included several new homes, new detached garages, land planning for a 30+ lot subdivision in Central Oregon, whole house remodels, and major additions to homes and garages. While Outwest Plans is based in Bend, Oregon our recent work includes projects in the Pacific Northwest and Southwest regions of the United States.

Since construction success is achieved through teamwork, Outwest Plans works with a select group of builders. The team for every project also includes a land surveying company and a structural engineering company. 

Please note that in-person meetings are by appointment only, and are typically scheduled for times between 10:00 a.m. and 3:00 p.m. Tuesday - Thursday.
